What you can export
For antibodies you can export 3D structures (PDB) of the Fv region or full antibody, screenshots (PNG) from the viewer, property reports (PDF) with sequence analysis, CDR regions, pI, and molecular weight from the Sequence Analyzer, and CDR sequences for downstream design (copy from results or use CDR Sequence Export). CSV is available for table exports when applicable.

Where to export from
- Sequence Analyzer (CDR/Kabat) — Enter antibody sequence; get IMGT/Kabat numbering, CDR regions, pI, molecular weight; download PDF report. Copy CDR sequences from results for export.
- Fv Region 3D — Load antibody PDB; view and export structure as PDB or PNG.
- CDR Highlighter — Visualize CDR loops in 3D; export view as PNG. Use with PDB from RCSB.
- PDB Upload (Antibody) — Load your antibody PDB file; view and export PDB or PNG.
