PDB Upload (Antibody)

Load your antibody PDB (e.g. Fv or full structure) to view in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. To highlight CDR regions in 3D use the CDR Highlighter; for sequence analysis and CDR sequences use the Sequence Analyzer. See Export formats for details.

Choose PDB file

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.
